Qualifications

Bachelors degree plus 1-to-3 years of recruiting/HR experience. Previous experience as Administrative Assistant in HR, Payroll or Accounting department also considered. Strong computer skills including MS Office and knowledge of HRIS software such as Peoplesoft and/or ADP. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Financial Services experience strongly preferred. Strong customer service skills required.
